Cancellation Policy
We value your time and kindly ask the same in return. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely will incur a 20% fee. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals, after which services may be adjusted or canceled based on availability.
